Earlier this week the Toledo men's basketball program signed a 6-10 power forward/center from Kentfield, CA. Ian Salter, of Marin Catholic High School, signed a National Letter of Intent on Tuesday and faxed it in to Rocket head basketball coach Gene Cross.
