Matt Rotheram picked up his first official offer when the Toledo Rockets extended the opportunity for a full ride on the house this February. Since then his stock has shot through the roof with various schools from the BCS conferences extending offers as well. Rotheram was unable to attend the first Rockets junior day, but plans an unofficial visit in the near future.
