The Toledo Rockets got a crucial win last Saturday night when they defeated the Northern Illinois Huskies 20-19 at the Glass Bowl. Toledo improved to 4-3 overall and 2-1 in the MAC with the victory. The Toledo Rockets improved to 4-3 overall and 2-1 in the MAC last Saturday night with a dramatic 21-20 victory over Northern Illinois (3-3, 1-1). Senior safety Barry Church blocked a 42 yard field goal attempt with just 27 seconds left to preserve the win for the Rockets, who stayed in the hunt in the MAC West Division race.
