Rocket Digest has just confirmed that Georgia wide receiver Julian Bellinger has committed to the University of Toledo. Bellinger, of Lithonia, Ga., becomes the the 14th commitment in the Toledo Rockets 2009 recruiting class. More to come on this breaking UT Rocket commitment.
