Robert Jones talked to Arkansas graduate assistant coach T.J. Butler. Butler told Jones he didn't know which coaches, if any would be retained by new head coach Bret Bielema. But they were impressed with his film.

"(Coach Butler) told me he didn't know if the new coach is going to keep the same coaching staff. He's waiting on that word," said Jones. "But he said he liked my film and that if he stays he will get me down there for a visit. I'm waiting for him to get back with me to know if he's still going to be coaching."

Jones also is interested in hearing from the new coaching staffs at Kentucky and Western Kentucky.

"I'm going to try to get DaMarcus Smith (former Seneca QB) to talk to the quarterbacks coach at Western Kentucky. I would like to get an offer from them, since Petrino is there," said Jones.

"I like the Air Raid offense too. And I'll try to get into contact with (Kentucky offensive coordinator)Neal Brown," finished Jones.

Jones is one of Kentucky's most intriguing athletes. The dual-threat quarterback for Valley High has received interest from Vanderbilt, Texas A&M and Mississippi State as well.
